Chad MacMillan is a Ph.D. Intern in Clinical Psychology from Walden University and has worked at Elmergreen Associates since September 2018. Mr. MacMillan has experience working with a wide range of adult clients in individual and group settings. He approaches therapy from a culturally sensitive and individualistic perspective, seeking to work with clients to meet each of their unique needs.

Mr. MacMillan is currently engaged in research studying the application of virtual reality therapy for fear-of-flying. He is seeking to better understand how virtual reality can be better used to enhance the therapeutic process and increase the overall effectiveness of therapy for clients.
